Vision Statement

Aah, I think I have attended too many meetings. I read vision statements from the college. I write vision statements for church committees. I assign students to write educational vision statements. Now, I guess I had better open this new blog with a vision statement.

Vision Statement for Professor Mom's Blog
This blog will record the daily events of my life as a (in no particular order):

• working mom
• college professor of engineering
• Christian disciple
• wife
• family member
• friend

The focus will be on the small, the trivial, the moments that fade all too fast from memory and yet in sum make up the essence of a life well-lived.
